Our model weights and source code are licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. The full license text accompanies each release on GitHub and Hugging Face. Commercial use, redistribution, and modification are permitted under the terms of that license.
Hosted services
Our hosted inference API is governed by these terms, which you accept when creating an account. It is currently free of charge while in research preview. If paid plans are introduced, pricing will be published on this site before it applies to any account, and any additional service agreement will be presented before it binds you.
Disclaimers
The models we publish are research artefacts. They are intended for use as one component of a larger system, not as a sole decision-making mechanism in safety-critical contexts. The Apache-2.0 license disclaims warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
