Zero One Research s. r. o. is a Slovak company registered in Bratislava. Contact: info@zerooneresearch.ai.
What we collect
This website currently runs no analytics at all — no pageview counter, no session recording, no third-party trackers. We do not build any record of your visit. No IP address is stored beyond the request lifetime.
If you contact us via email, we process your message and reply address to respond. We do not add your address to a marketing list without opt-in.
PredictLM API accounts
If you create an account for the hosted PredictLM API, we process the following personal data:
- Registration email and optional name — to create and administer your account and send transactional messages (account and service notices only; no marketing email).
- Password — stored only in hashed form. We never store or log your password in plaintext.
- API keys — the full key is shown to you once at creation. We retain the key name, prefix, creation time, and last-used time so you can manage and revoke your keys.
- Usage metering — a count of your API requests, used to enforce plan quotas and to detect and prevent abuse.
The lawful basis for this processing is contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): it is necessary to provide the service you sign up for, including while the service is free of charge in research preview. Account data is retained for as long as your account exists and deleted when the account is deleted; you can request deletion at any time via privacy@zerooneresearch.ai.
We do not store the contents of your inference requests — predictions are returned and the request payload is dropped. See Security & data handling for details on data residency, diagnostic logs, and sub-processors.
Cookies
We do not use tracking, advertising, or marketing cookies of any kind. The website stores strictly necessary values in your browser's localStorage for functional purposes only — for example, remembering that you have dismissed the cookie notice, or keeping you signed in to the PredictLM dashboard. These contain no tracking identifiers and are never sent to third parties.
We do not embed any third-party scripts (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no advertising networks, no chat widgets, no session recorders).
Because no tracking cookies are used, no consent under the EU ePrivacy Directive is required to operate this site. We display a transparency notice on first visit anyway, so you can verify our posture before continuing.
Lawful basis
Where we process personal data, the lawful basis is either (a) consent (e.g., a contact-form submission), (b) contract (e.g., operating your PredictLM API account, as described above), or (c) legitimate interest (e.g., responding to a press inquiry, or detecting and preventing abuse of the API).
Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Email privacy@zerooneresearch.ai with subject line “GDPR request” and we will respond within 30 days.
Data location
All hosted-API data — account records and inference processing — is processed and stored in the EU. We do not transfer personal data outside the EEA.
Supervisory authority
The Slovak Data Protection Office is the supervisory authority for our processing. Their website: dataprotection.gov.sk.
