What we collect
This website uses no third-party trackers. We use Plausible.io, self-hosted in the EU, to count pageviews. No cookies are set. No IP address is stored beyond the request lifetime.
If you contact us via email, we process your message and reply address to respond. We do not add your address to a marketing list without opt-in.
Lawful basis
Where we process personal data, the lawful basis is either (a) consent (e.g., a contact-form submission), (b) contract (e.g., paid pilots), or (c) legitimate interest (e.g., responding to a press inquiry).
Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Email privacy@zerooneresearch.ai with subject line “GDPR request” and we will respond within 30 days.
Data location
All hosted-API inference and website analytics data is processed and stored in the EU. We do not transfer personal data outside the EEA.
Supervisory authority
The Slovak Data Protection Office is the supervisory authority for our processing. Their website: dataprotection.gov.sk.
